Our facilities include a die casting plant and a CNC machining plant with 3000 sq. meters of manufacturing space. We have equipments such as 88T hot chamber and 160T, 280T, 400T cold chamber die casting machines, Japan “BROTHER” CNC milling centers, Japan “TAKISAWA” CNC lathes, Taiwan “GOODWAY” CNC lathes, Japan “TSUGAMI” CNC precision automatic lathes and HEXAGON CMM, profile projector, material hardness testing instruments. We offer a full range of services including part and tooling design, tooling construction, die making, CNC machining, surface finish and assembly.
Our products are widely used in various industries such as pneumatic & hydraulic valves, mechanical parts, medical devices, lighting accessories and electrical appliances, etc. We are familiar with the international industry standards, especially the ASTM, ANSI, DIN standards for materials and processing. We have professional engineers to guide and supervise the production at site and 100%QA inspection is performed for shipments before delivery. We can also use CAD-CAM, PRO/E to design drawings as per customers’ specifications and samples, making 3D models for the tooling design and 3D die casting simulation analysis.
